Charges from Pelora will appear on your bank or card statement as:

- PELORA
If you see either of these on your statement and do not recall the purchase, it was most likely made through our platform. Check your account session history for confirmation.
Disputes & Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, we strongly encourage you to contact us first. We resolve the vast majority of billing disputes within 24–48 hours.
To dispute a charge:
- Email support@pelora.co with the subject line "Billing Dispute".
- Include your account email, the charge amount, and the date of the charge.
- Our team will investigate and respond within 2 business days.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in temporary account suspension while the matter is investigated. We always aim to resolve disputes amicably.
Cancel Subscription
You can review subscription cancellation guidance at any time — no penalty, no hidden steps. See our dedicated Cancel Subscription page to review your options and continue through the right billing support or provider-managed path for your setup. If you cannot access your account, contact billing support directly.
Refunds
We offer refunds in the following situations:
- Technical failure preventing a session from completing.
- Duplicate or erroneous charges.
- Cancellation within the allowed refund window (see Refund Policy).
Refunds are not issued for completed sessions or used credits. For the full refund policy, please see our Refund Policy page.
Billing Descriptor Notice
Our payment descriptor is designed to be clearly identifiable. If your statement shows PELORA and you did not authorize the charge, please contact us immediately so we can investigate.
For security, we will never ask for your full card number or bank login credentials via email.
