Pelora operates the platform experience and related support functions, but does not itself provide the underlying specialist sessions, consultations, or licensed professional services.
All services available through Pelora are provided for entertainment purposes only and are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Pelora. By creating an account or using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
The platform is not available in jurisdictions where such services are prohibited by law. It is your responsibility to ensure your use complies with local laws.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that contain false information or violate these terms.
4. Services and Payments
Sessions with independent specialists may be charged on a per-minute, per-session, prepaid credit, or recurring subscription basis through the platform. Pricing and billing terms are shown before you confirm a purchase.

Credits are for use on the Pelora platform only, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
